FAMILY OF HOPE: A Ministry For Single Moms & Their Kids

WHO WE ARE:

Family of Hope is a place for single moms and their kids to grow in their faith and identity in Christ and to know that they are loved. We want to reach single moms and their kids in our church community, as well as friends, neighbors, and acquaintances in our communities who are single moms.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

Family of Hope provides bi-monthly meetings, including a free meal, free Kids Ministry, and a Christ-centered, curriculum-based class for moms. The class is eight weeks spanning over four months and meeting every first and third and fifth Monday of the month, February 17 through May 18 . A typical schedule looks like this:

• 6:00 - 6:45pm - Buffet dinner for moms/kids + team members in Community Room at New Song Nashville
  

• 6:45 - 6:50pm - Transition kids to Kids Ministry area (two groups for younger + older kids/youth)

• 6:50 - 8:00pm - Class/small groups for moms + Classes for kids groups

• 8:00pm - Moms pick up their kids from Kids Ministry area

WHEN WE ARE MEETING:

• Monday, February 17, 6-8pm

• Monday, March 2, 6-8pm

• Monday, March 16, 6-8pm

• Monday, March 30, 6-8pm

• Monday, April 6, 6-8pm

• Monday, April 20, 6-8pm

• Monday, May 4, 6-8pm

• Monday, May 18, 6-8pm

WHERE WE'LL MEET:

Each class will be held at New Song Nashville in the Community Room, with Kids/Youth Ministry in adjacent rooms.

HOW CAN I CONNECT OUTSIDE OF CLASS?

Each class participant will be assigned a mentor to connect with should you have any questions, prayer needs, or just need to talk with someone. Of course, you may find some encouraging opportunites to connect with other moms who are attending the class!

WHY SHOULD I REGISTER FOR THIS CLASS?

At Family of Hope, we pray that EVERY SINGLE MOM will experience that in Christ and through His people SHE IS LOVED.
